چکیده
Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) has potential hosts, all carnivores, including wild animals. The associated disease, called canine distemper (CD) a high prevalence and is highly contagious, being one of the main causes death in domestic canids. Although it monotypic virus, that is, with little genetic preference, H gene variation, which would produce different strains some more virulent than others tropism. It because this specific specification patients still get sick, despite vaccinated, since eightfold vaccine protects against strain virus: America-1. Thus, any carnivore susceptible to virus confronted not been vaccinated as likely become ill an animal simply never viral disease. To face situation, essential know characteristics genotypes present country. Through previous studies, known Chile there are at least two fourteen VDC lineages, but does imply they only ones country, why proposed propose prior Polymerase Chain Reaction protocol. Reverse transcription using both matches for N (lineages: America-1 European) shed light on genotype found samples, may even belong either lineages described above For generation RT-PCR protocol capable detecting VDC, use Genbank® genomic database conjunction silico design primers very interesting, indicating whether corresponds American-1 or European lineage.

Detection of Arctic and European cluster of canine distemper virus in north and center of Iran
Canine distemper virus (CDV) creates a very contagious viral multi-systemic canine distemper (CD) disease that affects most species of Carnivora order. The virus is genetically heterogeneous, particularly in section of the hemagglutinin (H) gene. Sequence analysis of the H gene can be useful to investigate distinction of various lineages related to geographical distribution and CDV molecular ep...
متن کاملMolecular and Serological Detection of Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) in Rural Dogs, Iran
Background and Aims: Canine distemper (CD) is a deadly infectious disease of Canidae family. CD is a multi-systemic viral disease and is specified by wide range of clinical symptoms. The manifestations are not always indicative of CD, therefore a laboratory confirmation is necessary for suspected cases. Materials and Methods: Different clinical specimens of 19 CD suspected unvaccinated dogs wer...

deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Molecular and Immunological Investigation of Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) and Its Co- Infection with Canine Parainfluenza Virus Type 2
Background and Objective: Canine distemper (CD) is a highly transmissible serious disease of carnivores. Distemper virus has immunosuppression effects, which, in turn, could lead to opportunistic infections. The present study was performed to detect CDV by the genomic and immunological methods and investigate its co- infection with canine parainfluenza virus type 2 (CPiV-2). Materials and Meth...

BACKGROUND: Canine Distemper (CD) is a lethal systemicdisease affecting a wide variety of terrestrial carnivores.OBJECTIVES: This study was performed to survey epidemiologicaland molecular characteristics of the canine distemper virus(CDV) strains circulating in Iran. METHODS: In this study, 19CDV-suspected unvaccinated dogs from Northeast and center ofIran were analyzed for presence of CDV nuc...
